Cancellation Policy
You have up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule if need be, to avoid any future fees and can be done by logging into your account or through the confirmation email. It is not our responsibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to make any changes prior to the 24hr notice, will result in a loss of deposit placed or 50% fee if no deposit was placed. Once the fee is paid, we will be able to reschedule your appointment. ALL No Call/No Show Appointments are subject to be banned from scheduling again and will be charged a 100% fee to the card on file for the service(s) booked. Invoice will be sent if no card is on file. will be sent if no card is on file. Late - we have a 5 minute grace period, please let us know if you are running behind. It is up to your Esthetician to decide if she can still service you if you run late. If you run past our 5 minute grace period and can not be serviced your deposit will be forfeited or you may owe a fee if no deposit was placed.
